On Thursday, September 19, 2024, 9:50 AM EDT the ShowClix application experienced high error rates across the admin and ticket sales due to an unexpectedly high influx of requests to log into my-tickets that filled up tmp storage space in the primary database. The issue was mitigated by expediting the planned future maintenance of swapping over to a new primary database instance that had expanded tmp space. The error rate subsided by 10:04 AM EDT.
